B4 — Staff operations for Discord communities
B4 is a beta staff operations app for Discord community owners and their teams. It brings manually maintained staff records, recruitment reviews, Red Points and workspace activity into one signed-in workspace.
Who B4 serves
B4 is for community owners, administrators and moderators who need a shared place to organize their staff team. Each community can have a workspace with its own members and records.
Available in the beta
- Maintain a staff list with names, role titles and status.
- Enter recruitment applications and track their review status.
- Issue and revoke Red Points with reasons and event history.
- Review supported workspace changes in Activity Center and Audit Logs.
What B4 does not do yet
The Discord bot connection is not available yet. Automatic staff import, Discord event publishing, task management and an appeals interface are not current beta features.
