Keep a manually maintained staff roster for your Discord community, with role titles, status and Red Point totals in B4.
Maintain your staff list
After signing in and choosing a workspace, open Staff. Owners and administrators can add a staff record with a name, an optional Discord username and a role title. Search the list to find a member.
Track team status
The staff list supports active, probation, onboarding and inactive statuses. Role titles describe a staff position; they are not a live copy of Discord server roles.
Owner-controlled removal
Owners can manually remove a member from the staff list. Removal preserves their Red Points history instead of deleting it.
Automatic staff import
Importing current server staff when a bot connects is planned. The Discord connection and automatic import are not available in the beta yet.
