Track manually entered staff applications from pending review to interview, approval or rejection within your B4 workspace.
Record a candidate
Open Applications in your workspace and use Add application when your workspace role permits it. Record the applicant name, optional Discord username, position and notes. This is a team-entered record, not a public applicant submission form.
Review applications
Filter applications by pending, interview, approved or rejected status. Workspace owners and administrators can update a candidate’s status as the review progresses.
Current limitations
Public application forms, automated Discord onboarding and open-position publishing are not available in the current beta. Application records remain in the signed-in workspace; they are not public recruitment pages.
